We currently deliver across Nepal. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected zone — Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur typically ship for less than orders to Pokhara, Butwal, or other districts.
Free delivery is offered on qualifying orders — the current threshold is shown at checkout and in your cart.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and an update once it ships.
Within Kathmandu Valley, expect delivery in 2–4 business days. Outside the valley, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your district.
You can track your order at any time using your order number and phone number or email on our Track Order page.
Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as shipped. Once delivered, returns are accepted within 7 days for unworn items in original packaging with all tags and papers intact — contact us to initiate a return.
